To be entitld to the benefits of this promotion you must have previously used the services of Cleaner Carpets by Timbers Flooring Services and paid in full.

For each recommendation you make which results in that person paying for our services within 6 months of your recommendation, you will be entitled to a discount of 10% off the full cost of your next carpet clean. You may recommend up to five separate individuals to gain up to 50% off. You must use this discount within 12 months of submission of this form. Timbers Flooring will contact you to let you know when you are eligible for these discounts. By submitting this form you agree in advance to Timbers Flooring contacting you for marketing purposes and retaining the details you have provided to do so. `This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
